The hotel is right in the middle of Playa de Coco, which is awesome. It's super close to the beach and just a short walk from many restaurants. The rooms were a bit of a letdown with air conditioning that didn't work, but they were spacious and modern. The service was a mix of decent customer care with a very unprofessional and argumentative manager. The location is top-notch in the heart of town, although a bit far from the casino. The dining was basic with only fruit included, but the dishes were fresh and healthy. The facilities were just average, nothing exceptional, but the Wi-Fi service wasn't complimentary, which was a downside.
